The group has now two benchmark brands: La Fermière and La Biscuiterie Castellane.

La Fermière

Founded in Marseille in 1952 by François Guinchard, La Fermière has been able to stand out as a result of the quality of its ingredients, the taste of its products and its willingness to shake things up.

Acquired in 2002 by the Tarpinian family group, the company was given the resources to expand and set up in new premises in Aubagne.

Even today, the brand keeps its DNA and is constantly looking for new recipes, combining authenticity with creativity and tasty indulgence.
It is also expanding beyond its borders with products distributed in more than 20 countries.


Founded in Marseilles in 1971, the Biscuiterie du Lacydon is well-known regionally for its artisanal navette biscuits.

Success has enabled it to develop a diverse range of quality regional products and extend its presence throughout the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

After the Tarpinian family group acquired a stake in the Biscuiterie, the plant moved to Aubagne in 2007 and its industrial equipment was modernised to increase production capacity.
The same year, the Tarpinian group bought the Biscuiterie Castellane which has become the signature brand of the Biscuiterie du Lacydon.
